Kelly Blanscet

Kelly is an award-winning Creative Director with over 20 years of design experience. The name “Graphic Granola” is an homage to her crunchy Southern California upbringing, which continues to inform her creative sensibility to this day. Her professional emphasis has been on branding, corporate identity, print collateral and advertising. She has led creative teams at several ad agencies and creative boutiques in Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas/Fort Worth. She has been Senior Art Director at Parker & Wood (San Antonio) and Nourzads (Austin), and Senior Designer at Williamson-Dickie (Fort Worth) and direct marketing giants Harte Hanks and Advo (Dallas). David Bonner

David Bonner has written copy in almost every format, including print and broadcast ads, direct mail, websites, brochures, catalogs, product packaging, and other standard collateral. Whether you need to make a sale, persuade public opinion, or just convey information, he can write almost anything that’s not intended for a scientific audience. On the side, he drifted into writing an award-winning corporate and social history of the world’s first record club, Revolutionizing Children’s Records. That led to another book: an illustrated history of the commercialization of folk music, in collaboration with the dean of American folk music historians, Ronald D. Cohen. Dave’s marketing degree is from the University of North Texas, which he attended long after Pat Boone and Tex Watson went there.

Kristin Bruno

A graduate of the fine Texas State University design program, Kristin Bruno has been working with Graphic Granola for almost 10 years. She specializes in publication design, but honestly she can handle any design-related assignment equally marvelously. On her days off, she’s quite the globetrotter, making friends with elephants in Cambodia, and with other creatures in other exotic destinations. Her pet pig Elvis is just adorable.
